Email signature & QR code

Two small things that make an application look considered: a signature that is not four lines of clip art, and a QR code that takes a recruiter straight to your work.

Your details

Accent
Keep it to four lines. No quotes, no images, no "sent from my phone", no legal disclaimer you copied from somewhere. On a phone a long signature buries your actual message.

This is what the person receiving your email sees.

Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste. Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste. Paste normally (Cmd/Ctrl+V) so the formatting comes with it.

What should it open?

Test it with your own phone camera before you print it on anything. A QR code on a CV should never be the only way to reach you — always write the link out as well, because plenty of people print CVs in black and white or read them on screen.
