Attach real work only. If a skill has nothing behind it, that is useful information: either drop it from your CV, or go and build something small so it becomes true.

Prove every skill you list

"Excel" on a skills list means nothing until you can say what you did with it. For each skill, write the project, what you did and the result. The map feeds the interview preparation sheet, so when someone asks "tell me about a time you used X", the answer is already written down.
