Who can apply
- Cabin crew: at least 21 years old, at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm.
- Education of at least high school (Grade 12), and fluent written and spoken English — other languages are a plus.
- At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
- No visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Other roles (engineering, airport, IT, finance) list their own requirements on each vacancy.
Documents to keep ready
- An up-to-date CV in English.
- A copy of your education certificate.
- A copy of your passport as a PDF. If you have no passport yet, Emirates accepts a photo ID such as your CNIC or driving licence for the assessment day; you provide the passport if selected.
- Keep them as digital copies on your phone for the event, and bring a valid ID to get in.
Step by step
- Create an account. On emiratesgroupcareers.com, use the Apply link (or Login) to create your account. Emirates says this is how you get invited to its recruitment events.
- Find an event or vacancy. Open "View events" for cabin crew recruitment in cities near you, or "View all vacancies" for other roles. Events are either open days or invite-only.
- Apply online for invite-only events. For an invite-only event you must complete the online application first; only selected applicants receive an invitation by email.
- Or attend an open day. Open days need no invitation. Check the requirements above, bring your documents and arrive on time.
- Go through the recruitment day. The day has three parts: an introduction to the role and life in Dubai; an assessment with group activities and an online test at the venue; and a final interview about why you want to fly.
- Reply only to official emails. Invitations and offers come from @emirates.com or @dnata.com addresses. If you cannot attend an invited date, reply to that invitation to ask for another.
Fees
Common mistakes
Our advice, from how these applications usually go wrong:
- Paying a "visa", "training" or "processing" fee to someone who messages you about an Emirates job.
- Trusting an email from a free or look-alike address — always check the domain is @emirates.com or @dnata.com.
- Arriving at an open day without the CV, certificate and passport copies on your phone.
- Applying before you meet the 21-year age, reach or experience requirement.
Deadlines
- Cabin crew recruitment runs as scheduled city events. Check "View events" regularly and create the account early so you can be invited.
- Other vacancies close when filled or on the date shown — apply as soon as a role matches.
