Who can apply
- Cabin crew: a minimum arm reach of 212 cm, at least 10 years of formal education, and the ability to relocate to Doha.
- Preferably two or more years in hospitality, customer service, aviation or another customer-facing role.
- Cabin crew postings also ask for a minimum age of 21, a high school certificate with official documents, and fluent written and spoken English (example: the 2026 Tokyo drive).
- Other jobs list their own requirements on each posting.
Documents to keep ready
- A CV in English — you upload it with the online application form.
- Your high school (or higher) certificate with official documentation, for cabin crew.
- Passport, photo and other documents: Qatar Airways asks for what each posting lists. Check the posting before you apply.
Step by step
- Start on the official page. Open qatarairways.com/recruitment for cabin crew, or go straight to careers.qatarairways.com. Press "Apply now" on the cabin crew page and the job search opens filtered to cabin crew.
- Refine your search. Use "Refine your search" — keywords, location, job family and sub-category. Sort by posting date or closing date to see what closes first.
- Open the posting and check the date. Each posting shows a closing date and its requirements. For cabin crew, check the city and year of the drive.
- Apply with CV and form. Upload your CV and complete the application form on the posting. Use Login in the top bar to come back to your account later.
- Wait for contact from an official address. Messages come only from @qatarairways.com.qa or @qr.qatarairways.com. Qatar Airways never makes an offer without meeting you face to face or by video.
Fees
Common mistakes
Our advice, from how these applications usually go wrong:
- Accepting a "job offer" that came without any interview — Qatar Airways always meets candidates in person or by video first.
- Paying a deposit, visa fee or "medical booking" fee to an agent or a WhatsApp number.
- Missing the closing date — sort by closing date and apply early.
- Sending bank or personal details to an address that is not @qatarairways.com.qa or @qr.qatarairways.com.
Deadlines
- Every posting has its own closing date; cabin crew drives close city by city.
- Search weekly and use the Talent Community link to hear about new roles.
